This proposed 30-apartment development in Busselton is a site-specific, architecturally crafted response that sets a new benchmark for regional medium-density infill housing. Designed to enhance suburban amenity, the project embodies a triple-bottom-line sustainability ethos, balancing social, environmental, and economic outcomes.

The building complements the area’s predominantly larger housing stock by offering a well-considered mix of one- and two-bedroom dwellings. Each apartment enjoys equitable access to natural light, ventilation, and outward views. Design features such as vertical fins and roof overhangs enhance comfort and energy performance by reducing summer heat gain. All units are cross-ventilated and naturally daylit, supporting both resident wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
